Ludum Dare 44 was my very first gamejam, which is where you create a game, and everything else in 48 hours! That includes code, music, art, sound effect, no sleep, loads of coffee, oof. It was a lot of fun, and I've always enjoyed watching other people's "Making a game in 48 hours" video, so I wanted to try it out myself. The game I made in 2 days is called Fair n Square, and is an action shooter, with squares! But today I wanted to go even further, so we're making a game in 12 hours! one fourth of the time we had last time. I'm very happy with the result, it went surprisingly well!

I'll try uploading every week, but I'm pretty busy with university and part time job, so I won't have time every week. But I'll do my best!

I just realized two things: The purple ones that change your trajectory don't really matter since you can just aim back to somewhere different, you can even see dani doing that on the ending portion of the video Wouldn't it be cool if they took away your aiming for a few seconds? So there's risk for the reward. Just wanted to share this thought with yall, either way loved the vid and you got me reinspired to making games again :)
