Making a Gnome with coat and top hat 

Here is the basic how to make a 5 inch gnome with top hat and coat. I have created a design and pattern using a 4 inch cone.
Basic materials needed are 2 colors of felt or wool.
3 three quarter inch wood balls. Faux fur and 2 wood doll pin stands for your feet.
