Yep, this was the only (or one of the very few) unscripted accident that put him in danger. They are usually scripted and when they aren’t it’s just simple things like capacitor with inverted polarity etc It’s probably the only time where the channel could’ve ended…

Not because they electrolysis during normal operation (that would be a battery), but because electrolysis was used to manufacture them.
