Not gonna lie, I love the roughness of the spine. Sure, it's not going to hold up to a thorough beating, but if you don't need to beat on it then who cares, it looks rad af. And hell, I like to think of myself as a cool little dud. Doesn't make me bad either, just a little different, and I'm sure there's at least a couple people who think I'm rad as hell anyways too. It's awesome to get to watch you work, and even more awesome to get to see you try new things. Keep having fun with it, keep it real, and I'll keep watching.

i wanna make a canister with the longwise side open and stack up chain the way you cut it up but put different powders in each layer with thin pieces of sheet separating them, them twist the heck out of it. never saw anyone do chain that way, always thought it would be neat, maybe you can run with the idea.

Something to think about , chains have oil and grease in between the links. That you cant easily get out . When i had a bike i used to heat grease hot so it was like oil, and dip the chain so the grease would get inside and let it cool . And im wondering if some was in there and it stopped it from joining together .

@@JPsBladeworks and now that I think about it, from what I've seen, motorcycle chains are better for this purpose than bicycle chains because they are thicker. It would be very interesting to take two bicycle chains and stack one on top of the other to make a thicker billet. Just tossing ideas out here, but I think bicycle chains would work, as long as you can fill in the voids and/or put them in a canister with powder.
