The most F1 cars are usually 2 meters wide by 6 long, and even tho Adrian Newey went to some detail how if the regulations dictated skinnier cars you'd need to make the wheelbase longer due to suspension loads the body proportion should remain the same. I believe the best way to design a F1 car is to look at the bodywork rules themselves, get the 1994 one (the simplest available on the internet) draw the boundary boxes and make your own car inside of them, you will understand why cars look some ways over another. Also try to read books by F1 engineers (you can find them for free, tho it's not very legal, innit?), they're eye openers when it comes to designing any aerodynamic package.
Side note: Official Lego Set "The W12" is from 2021. Not 2020. Still looks cool👍 Edit: Nevermind, saw latest Video. This Time, you said it was W11 from 2021😅😅
The front wing/splitter looks accurate to the F1's car design, but the rear wing could be improved by adding flat tiles, the Speed Champions 2015-2019 wheels should be used, because they connect to the car with axles, not pins, and you should elongate the model by 1 stud length, and add some 2x3 wedge plates on the lowest part of the sides, but upside down, towards the sides for the sidepods then add on the lowest part of the sidepods some 2x2 wedge plates, with the wedge cutout towards the front wheels, and between the wedge plates, add one 2x3 flat tile for each side, then you should be done!
