Making a Plug for a Mold - Part 4 

In Part 4 of our series on how to make a plug for a mold, Stephan is ready to make the first layup of polyester laminating resin and fiberglass over the foam mold he has been constructing, fairing and perfecting.
With a few layers of release wax, Stephan is able to confidently apply gelcoat to the plug and know that it will come off with the fiberglass he has applies, as part of the mold.
