Making a Serviceable Arrowhead From a Floor Tile

In this video I struggle to produce anything useful out of a floor tile which my friend gave me.
The tile is brittle but definitely workable, I suspect I cannot produce anything from it because I'm not patient enough. Maybe if I fully commited to it, but I really dislike knapping any kind of slabs.
Having flint would be a dream but using a floor tile is ok if it is the only thing you've got :D
The smooth surface is covered in a glass like material which is very sharp but also brittle, really similar to glass.
