Nice job on that, but please make a table saw sled. When you were cutting those long thin pieces with the short edge against the fence, you were asking for hard kickback.

In the ads on your vid there's a Chicago electric 1/2 mini belt sander that you could put in a vise to do stuff like that still relatively cheap and also have it as a standalone hand held tool afterwards

for better cooling efficiency, you shouldve sealed the sides of the fan where it meets the wood after screwing down.

Мотор лучше подключать через передачу, так он дольше послужит. Крепление мотора должно быть более жестким, так можно уменьшить вибрацию. Основание корпуса не мешает сделать шире и добавить утяжелители или крепление к столу чтоб было удобнее работать. Натяжения пружины не хватает. Еще нужна стальная подложка.откровенно говоря имея оборудованную мастерскую можно было сделать гораздо более качественно.

Awesome but... please, dear lord, watch some videos about proper use of a table saw. Don't cross-cut a wide but short board with the fence. Use a push-stick and keep your fingers out of the way. Use that HANDLE on your MITER GAUGE to push your work! Thank you for the cool idea and video, but please be safe because people learn habits by watching these videos.

A esa cosa en my Rancho le llamamos sander

ive been trying to make a belt grinder for 6 month's now trying for a 2x72 but jave lot of smaller. motors for smaller projects like this . im stuck on the wheels ive been trying to make some myself from wood and hand drill and core bits the i have from 1" to 3'1/2" and the wheels always come out warped like indented in the middle and the old wheel i tried i drilled on an angle .also if someone could awnser me if my drill is slightly off and it wobbles my wheel would that make the wheel indented on on half of the wheel right in the middle . i tryed spinning the wheel on my drill and sanding it on my 1x30 belt sander. any input would be helpful.

Hmm... do you know how ventilation works? I think this cooler doesn’t perform its function. Also the motor has its own ventilation, but you closed the air intake
