Most US states are comparable to the sizes of whole countries, so of course there’s going to be generalizations and that’s not a bad thing. She hasn’t even done my state yet and I’m pretty sure it’s going to be based on things I personally don’t see much lol

I love the New Mexico, Alaska, and Washington soaps the most. The clear soaps with the different layers inside just look so cool.

They're all lovely! My favorites are the vivid colors of Michigan and the Carolinas

For New Mexico you could also do a "Red or Green chile?" soap! Its a common question every New Mexican is asked and it'd be funny and creative, but I also love the hot air balloon idea

I wonder if taking inspo from the state slogan or the state flower could add a little variety into the mix for these soaps? There may be a lot of mountain ranges and plains if not

The New Mexico one is my favorite so far! I absolutely love it!!

I'm not sure if this would be helpful, but for Wisconsin when it come to picture references, I'd recommend looking at pictures from "Door County" Although most of us aren't on the lake, the Great lakes are one of the appeals when people visit here. Door County is right on lake Michigan, and is known for the wine that they make as well as being famous for it's cherry blossoms. Also people go up there in the fall to watch the leaves change colors. There are even a bunch of light houses too. Although there are definitely other places here in Wisconsin that would definitely be worthy of being made into soap, I think that door county just would give you more options both in reference pics and in scent options. Also, just some food for thought, Wisconsin has a actual castle that is open once a year in upper Wisconsin. Might also be a cool idea or even just a interesting fact.

I'm excited to see what you do for Utah, honestly, because we have so many types of landscapes! There's the salt flats, marsh lands, and the rockies up north, and the desert and red rock down south with the delicate arch and bryce canyon. Lots to choose from here! Whatever you end up choosing down the road will be interesting for sure

I can't wait to see what the Nevada soap will look like! Theres so so many different kinds landscapes here its crazy! Hopefully Nv is said correctly though haha

I've lived in half the stated west the Mississippi and two east if you wanted extra inspiration. It's pretty hard to land texas based on landscape, so the flag works fairly well.

I think it's really awesome that you even wanted to do a soap per state and are following thru with it. I haven't been to all the states either but seeing the soap for the states you have thus...I'd say they match very nicely.

Hey, Alaaskan here, If you were going for an Aurora borealis effect in the Alaska soap you need to A: make the sky darker and use brighter shades with more green to get that Aurora look. Also make the colours of the sky wavy, the Aurora undulates in ribbons across the night sky Also, bit of trivia here, because if how the planets tilts throughout the year, you mostly see the Aurora during the winter months.
