Alex’s genuine smile says it all. Austin, this video could have been twice as long! Seriously. Show us more cutting and soldering. Show us more puttying and scraping. It’s all fascinating. Great project.
Good to see all you Potter's house mob still supporting each other. Beautiful piece by the way. I didn't see the fan blade till you mentioned it. I think the colour pallette would have hidden it. New design worked really well anyway.
I am a quilt maker, and I look to so many resources for inspiration, stained glass is one of them. Have you ever looked at quilt blocks for your inspiration? I make quilts like you make your windows, I use graph paper to design, and I always look to my fabrics first. Very nice work! edited to say I also really like to watch Curiosity Inc.
Another creative Canadian artist us Americans have been introduced to. If you like working on stained glass, it could be another creative and lucrative sideline. All of your projects always amaze me as I have zero artistic ability and, have to admit, it makes me envious. Keep up the good work Austin.
You make beautiful stained glass! I'm from NB originally and there were so many old homes with gorgeous stained glass windows. Sadly, I don't see much of it here in AB where the buildings are relatively new and everything seems to be done in boring neutral colors. The giant Victorian houses back east with colored or leaded glass, towers, bow windows, graceful roofs, tons of gingerbread trim and multi-colored paint jobs were works of art. Thank you for adding even more charm to Alex's store with this window panel. I need to get over to Curiosity Inc soon so I can see it in person. 👍👍
Thank you Austin for sharing your beautiful talent with us, this is something I always wanted to try but wasn't sure it was achievable, you showed me it is /hank you & you are a talented man, keep up the great content & take care
That turned out well, always a tough decision to not stick with a design just because you've put lots of time into making it. It sure comes alive with the light!
You did a great job,Austin. I really like seeing your process of putting it together from start to finish. Still getting use to you without glasses.:-) Glad you have had no problems!
I wish I was near so I could have some of your work, too. I just love stained glass and can't wait to get some of my own. Also love the hair! The style is very cute and looks cute on you!
Hej Austin Wow❣Wow❣Wowsy young man you're truly arty gifted and talented. Loved this episod so much Thx for everything you give to us RU-vid followers. Warm springy greetings from over here in Norra Sverige.🌞
Incredible work young man. For someone who has been in the industry for such a short period in relative terms, you’re fantastic. Being Successful no matter the endeavour, always stems from having a measure of natural ability, continuously evolving that ability through research and practice, then being persistent and above all else hard working. Loving what your doing, respecting the end result and having a drive to provide a fantastic finish for your clients are also vital for sustained success. Keeping all this in mind I’d say you’re definitely heading towards being a success. Thank you for allowing us to follow your journey.
You make it look so simple! You are very patient, but your talent is worth it. It does look wonderful at Alex's store. I hope you get some commissions, if you're planning to add this to your repertoire.
You put a lot of time and effort into this project, and it shows. A job very well done. I enjoy watching you work, it's a learning experience on how things get done. Also, what did you use to cut the glass, and how did you make the curves without breaking the glass?
So enjoyed watching the process, Austin; is there anything you won’t set your hand to? Reminds me of my Dad. He was quite handy with wood and mechanics. Loved working with his hands and I have some lovely pieces which he made. Keep creating and sharing!
@@AustinTischler awww. I know that custom carpentry is meticulous, and you do wonderful work. It’s good to know if you needed those skills for a personal project, you would make it beautiful! Also good to know what you really don’t enjoy! Best wishes and thanks for your reply!
Beautiful work 😍 You're a very talented guy I love watching your videos. I'd love a stained glass window but it's a bit far and risky to ship it to Australia and have it arrive in one piece...
Amazing job Austin!! It takes time to figure it out,but it all comes together..Glad Alex like it.. love your hair cut ,looks great..How's the eyes? Have a wonderful week...
