If you play tall in Cornwall, here would have been my Tips: 1: Take the last Castle Title from your Vassal. 2.Make it your new Capital so that it has 1 more Building-Slote. 3. Dont care about Legitimacy, because you have no Vassals, and marry a common Girl with genius trait. 4. Decide if you want to have the Bretagne for money and levies or/and conquer the last County for the Kingdom of Cornwall ( If you dont have enough troops to conquer anything, make Men-at-arms or buy Mercenaries, they are also crucial against raiders, and for the claims, simply request them for the Pope or go for the Perk in the Learning Lifestyle to simply make Claims, or let your Priest do it) (If you dont have Money, youll will need to wait for Events for it and go Stewardship Lifestyle) 5. Make the Kingdom of Cornwall. ( NEVER EVER do it with Cornwall in the Startdate alone, Its just WAY to annoying and you would need to wait half the game just so that a random fucker can Raid you cause you have no money or troops.

When the pillaged build up their towns and schekels just for the raid, Laith has done the gods many a favour. o7

Starting as Earl Alfred in 867, I got his learning up to 63 before he died. If I went on enough more pilgrams I probably could have gotten 2 more of the books that give +1 learning per devotion, but I only had 2. Pulled up a save from 911 and he is 62 with 66 learning but just got infirm.

A good solution to the headphones problem is just a good set of earbuds. You can get ones that are noise-cancelling for not all that much money and they sound almost as good as over-ear headphones.

The best place for playing tall is definitely southern india. A combination of massive provinces with farmland (which has the best building options) and a bunch of religions with pacifism so thaat you don't have to worry about wars.

Im actually playing Heasting in Cornwall. Conquer Conrwall and then 2 de jure duchy from England and then embrace culture yo cornish, with Heasting high prestige you crrate kingdom of cornwall easly. Then you can play tall as you can get university.

How not to play the game

try building hospice and burial ground, also do burial rites, it will fix your plague problem. The more death happening in your land without a burial, the more plague you will get. When you got 30+ dev, then you can change to another buildings because its harder for plague to get into high dev baronies

Laith you should totally be picking flagellant when you get those mental breaks it’s actually quite good you just trade being injured for stress loss and usual your court physician will immediately heal you. Plus every now and then you get scarred which gives a nice prestige and attraction bonus

It was really funny seeing laith react to the Prydain dynasty head being Breizh. Celtic history is fun - the Bretons were (as you can guess from the name) Britons that migrated to France during and following the fall of the roman empire

I formed switzerland earlier and got up to 500 duckets per month which was quite fun actually aside from waiting for techs to unlock but development reaching like 60+ on each province makes research go rather fast 😂😂

I often see youtubers that play tall for being able to play wide better. You build a powerbase by snowballing in limited territory, then you conquer the world few years after you finished developing.
