Making Alton Towers RIDES... in Roblox! 

As someone who has been playing tpt2 for almost 4 years heres some tips: use 1.20 pivot offset, rotate spline mode and move spline mode to create heartline. Also for certain coaster types its more realistic to do the 1-4m method and for some long pieces.

Very nice! Quick tips: - use the grey arrow to extend the piece - click snap node to grid to use basic editor - press F to get a better POV mode

Tips: - Use snap to grid to be able to use basic editor again - You can turn on/off smoothing in advanced editor by pressing on the buttons next to the text saying auto smooth - Some coasters have drop tracks and stuff - You can change to move spline mode to move the track direction without using rotation - 2 camera types: Track and POV - Pivot offset can help you make helix - Heartline rolls are -3.40 pivot offset - Block brakes the size of your train can be used to add multiple trains onto the track. You can also toggle a button to make chainlifts also count as block brakes. Also, you should probably get some big RU-vidrs in the TPT2 community to help you like Maliboomer or Kosii just to name a few. (You should probably as Thijmen08 first, he’s the most competent out of them.) Edit: You can also get building perms on other peoples plots so you can build rides like galactica with flying coasters and dive coasters (if they have the achievement unlocked.) 2nd edit: You can get hold brakes. Also in operations you can see.

Dan, if your using advanced editor, put the ‘pivot offset’ lever all the way to the right and then just do a regular inversion and then you get a (semi-perfect) corkscrew.

there's something called block brakes in the options where chainlift is and it holds your train like oblivion does do. also, if u didn't see they had a smiler based train so u could've made smiler considering its a record breaker

Now these are a lot better than what I can make in Theme Park Tycoon 2... Mine were quite rough. Great video Dan, I love it when you attempt to recreate things!

Great job Dan, but here's some tips 😂: 1) if you click toggle camera again the pov looks way nicer 2) if you want to make a heartline roll, use the pivot offset tool 3) block brakes can add more carriages to your coaster 4) some coasters have drop tracks (opportunity to create th13teen next episode) 5) there are hold brakes in game, so you could've made oblivion hold you before dropping (and added the old speech that used to play before you dropped 😢) 6) if you click "snap to grid", it lets you use the basic editor again ---------- Actually a not bad attempt at making nemesis and oblivion, hoping to see more videos like this! 😁😁👍

Hey dan! Ive played this game for many years and here are some tips that can help out! 1. Get collisions disabled. It is robux, but you get a prop place instead of using mouse, and the rollercoasters don't have a clipping restriction. 2. if you hate night, get a private server. In private servers you get a lot of options like free roam camera and the ability to make it day all time. well thats it. loved the video btw!

As someone who plays theme park tycoon 2, there are many ways you could improve. I recommend watching RU-vid videos for tips and tricks and you can add things like hold brakes and drop tracks by clicking the dropdown menu that says “normal”. Other than that you did a great job.

A part 2 with theming would be...... interesting. Would recommend disable collisions otherwise you would be stuck to cells. The thing with road blocks theme park tycoon is that alot of stuff is custom made, IF you are good at the game you CAN make really good stuff. but for that an upcharge is needed /:

Lesgoooo my favourite youtuber playing my favourite game! Edit: Here are some tips for creating in tpt2! 1. It is definitely worth spending some fresh roux on the gamepasses in the game as it makes things much easier and much better 2. You can use the grey arrow pointing forwards to extend track pieces and make them longer 3. If you use a slight bit of pivot offset it can add heartline to your coasters and makes them (sometimes) smoother, or if you want to be pro, use auto-smooth: off to add your own heartline

There are 2 ways to add hold brakes to a ride: For basic editor: click "More Pieces" -> click "Hold Brakes (before drop) For advanced editor: click "Track Feature" -> click "Hold Brakes"

Yooo this is great, but if you want to tour and an actual recreation in theme park tycoon 2, I'd recommend getting in touch with Harry Tiswald. He makes some insane coaster recreations including the smiler and nemesis!

Just a tip, I recommend making each segment bigger, it makes the coasters really smooth

You can use the pivot offset on the advanced roller coaster editor for heartline set the pivot offset to 4 to achieve heartling

Id recommend buying the advanced editor gamepass if youre willing to drop some money on TPT2. I would watch some youtubers like benjis adventures, he has his own park. While he doesnt have 'tutorials' you can definitely learn from his videos:)
