I liked the idea of the brass flywheel, but it was a bit bland, you could have used shafts, metal and wood brackets, and metal girdirs for the piston rods. It would add alot of detail to the build. You could really use this technique for any steam Train with large drive wheels
At this point, I wouldn't even want Mojang trying to add something like this to the game. Pretty much everytime they add stuff, they turn the game more and more to some sort of glitchy jenga tower of bad coding.

Just suggestion, you used flywheels as larger wheels, but I remember you had used different wheels with train casing, and maybe the extended bogeys add on might also make it look better. JUST suggestion.

Did you comment in the wrong video? I don't recall using a lode sandstone in this video but I did use it in the other one FYI, lode sandstone is from Chipped mod

I have a genuine question, how did you make it so the lights and glows, stay glowing after you have assembled a train. Each time I assemble my train the glows disable. I've followed along with the mods you have listed from previous videos and cannot get this one thing to work.
Wheels are flywheels from default Create Mod, Boilers I use are called train hull from Create Deco, and pilots are from Create: Bells and Whistles Which all of that mods and addons I already listed in the description

Hello. When you press the ALT key, it opens a menu for the bogeys. However, the menu is not the same under normal circumstances. Do you know which mod allows you to have this menu with the other bogeys?
If the GUI comes up as a box with bogie preview to the right side then you have a newer steam 'n' rails version and pay attention to the GUI if you look closely you can find the same and even more bogies. You can absolutely use a newer version to build this train
what are all the mods needed for this because my game loads after 20 minutes with create-o-holics modpack and then it just has a dirt screen with the minecraft font turned into rectangles
I know that using flywheels for giant driving wheels for Create trains is a popular trick, but it's never really clicked with me. Probably since they never turn while the train is moving. I do remember coming across an add-on that fixes my gripe, although I'm not sure if it's compatible with your version of Create.
Extended Flywheels fix the aesthetic but yes if you want functionality of spinning wheels and all then you can go with Extended Bogeys. I haven't use it yet because I'm still waiting for full release
@@MadenPlay the newest release is quite stable. It’s not official but you will be waiting a while for the next official update. You don’t need extended bogies, but it does make building more fun.
I know this sounds really petty but is there a way for you to post versions of these videos without the music? I REALLY LOVE all of your create mod trains and have been building every single one of them in a create mod realm I have with my friends. The music drives me insane though because it's like a 24 second loop. I obviously understand if you can't but would really appreciate it if you did. Anyway really really good build guides and I can't wait for your next train build!!!
