Making an egg bake in the Hot Logic Mini. Great meal for car camping in my Prius! 

I’m preparing for a road trip and want to eat healthy and economically so I’m doing a test run of making breakfast in a Hot Logic Mini. Just four simple ingredients in this egg bake butter, eggs, diced ham and shredded cheese.
