Nice one dude, what a great wood build to start, have fun with that board, epoxy will protect from minor stuff if you surf again. If you don't wanna wax (which is smart since it's art) , try getting some plastic webbing under the feet/suit, you know like how they make socks with grip underneath....won't hurt the board and you could actually surf proper...

Leaving a little bit of the wood at the top is a great choice. It shows off that this isn't just a piece of art on a surfboard, but that the surfboard itself is also a piece of art. Well done, both of you!

Your songs and free styles are some of the most entertaining parts of your videos. Not a lot of RU-vidrs create everything in their videos from scratch. You’re amazingly talented in so many fields. You can use a heat gun or torch to help the epoxy level out better. Just make sure not to hold it too close to cause additional waving.

If you need epoxy tips or even a Collab with resin, evan and Katelyn are your go to RU-vidrs This turned out so epic and the colors are so murky that sets the under water scene. Never been to lake Michigan but I have been to the ocean and the green isn't too far off.
