R 8 ARRETÉ
In the video, you see the R 8 Arreté speaker being made.
Setting the standard in its field - the R 8 Arreté is a true high-end performer.
The new Audiovector Carbon Driver has been engineered to further improve our already class leading drivers: Lighter, stiffer and ‘acoustically dead’ membranes produce a fast and uncoloured sound. The membranes of the new Titanium Tech drivers are made from precision woven aramid fibres sandwiched with artificial wood resin. There is a delicate balance combining our award-winning 8” + 6” down-firing isobaric compound bass system with a new midrange topology and a 4-inch rear firing bass/midrange driver. These drive units seamlessly integrate with the new Audiovector quasi rear firing R-AMT Integrator tweeter. The use of cryogenically treated 7-nines pure copper asymmetrical wiring and Audiovector Nanopore damping material creates a smooth and natural musical reproduction.

We love everything you do. Audiovector brings us so much joy every day - the speakers are worth the investment. The same goes for all our Audiovector customers: Once they've got an Audiovector playing in their listening / living room, they don't change to another brand. They may use the IUC to upgrade within the R range or switch to a higher series. Satisfaction guaranteed.

Why don't they make 2 separate transport boxes ??!!? And eventually who will buy these speakers ? - correct - those who CAN'T hear a 1/2 of the sound they can produce..... 🤣🤣 ..... But as an expensive decoration = 👍👍

Actually, it is the process of training the ear/brain system to recognize the sound quality that justifies the purchase of such high-end speakers. This feat can be accomplished even by people with moderate hearing loss, myself included. The important thing is to spend within your means and have enough leisure time to enjoy your music.

@@Rick-lw5kc Not really. If it WAS such a process - no hearing aid woul be needed. The sensors in the 👂👂 that fall out, DO NOT come back - unless some genetic trick is at swing....🤷🏻‍♂️ But u'r welcome to spend on any speaker system...😃👍

@@sandwaves5642 You're correct. The sensors do not regenerate. But the ear/brain interaction can be enhanced to appreciate all of the audiophile sound qualities that we treasure. Critical listening teaches us to recognize things like soundstage, micro dynamics, timbre, transparency, focus, etc. If those abilities were present in everybody, even those with excellent sound recognition on a typical hearing test, there would be a lot more audiophiles in this world. Just as I have only meager ability to differentiate various wines, there are far more people who cannot differentiate basic speakers from those that would be acceptable to audiophiles. FWIW, I remove my hearing aids when I listen to music and simply boost the volume about 3dB higher than people with more normal hearing would choose. The hearing aids improve speech cognition at normal voice levels, but they grossly distort tonal balance and other qualities you and I appreciate. Perhaps you've heard the saying "Your brain is your most important sex organ." That's not completely true as sex and sexuality are a system. But so too is the appreciation of music. Even those whose hearing is compromised can appreciate fine speakers if they've achieved critical listening skills, or aspire to that goal.
