In this video we are village living folks are cooking most famous south India recipe and widely popular all over the world The tradtionally made apppam recipe with two side dish of chutneys and with potato curry.This is the most common and popular braktfast of common village living people and also as street food. In this we video We used very specific clay pot called chutti with rough surface inside the bottom to blend the batter and make the appam batter for instaant use .In this process we need no any over night for preparation of batter and wait for the the rise of the appam batter.we blended the mixutre of semolina and water in that rough surfaced clay pot called chatti in a proper way so that it become more appropriate batter for appam as we desired.this is very old and tradtional way of making appam ,any time time of the day meal.
This is an amzing tradtional recipe of apppam prepared traditionally in clay pot pot tawa. It is ery easy and quick recipe using 3-4 ingredients at home.
