Good instructional material, really nice and helpful. Meanwhile, I only have a cane, but I think it is much softer than bamboo, more prone to cracks, fractures, and I may have a bigger problem with straightening. I'll try both and see. Thanks for sharing. Greetings from Poland.

Yeah,......I spine tested one about 36 inches long at 89# So yeah its possible to use bamboo landscape stakes from loews or home depot,......but man you would have to buy a lot to find some.
