It's no wonder how this family can work so hard and build all they do. They have a superb healthy diet which many of us in the west should pay attention too. They eat many of the things we used to eat in past generations and we've gone to processed food that's full of chemicals and additives that only weaken our immune systems cause obesity and shorten our lives. I read an article awhile back that western civilization has over 200 products we take for overeating .I'm sure these people have none and probably never even heard of products for upset stomach or the other digestive problems that plague western society.

Hello I like your family you take care of the farm animals with adequate feedings but you don't feed the dogs and cats good. Rice and noodles are not good for them. They can cause diabetes and hypertension and other diseases in cats and dogs. There main food ingredient in there meal should be meat. They are a meat eating animal small quantities of rice or noodles is alright but not a lot. You give them meat you can mix it with apples, bananas with out the peel it is dangerous to them. Cantaloupe, peas, mango, carrots, pumpkin,spinach, and pears among other fruit and vegetables. I hope you have,great success in your building projects. 😊
