Piękna maszyna. Dwie rzeczy bym zmienił. Stolik zrobiłbym na wałkach, żeby mieć możliwość regulacji i napinanie rolki. W mojej te siłowniki szybko wysiadają. Sprężyna jest wieczna😀 No i ewentualnie falownik by się przydał. Co do reszty to sztos robota
You got the tools and skills. This was amongst the best belt grinder build on RU-vid. Truly industrial class. Thank you for sharing with us mere mortals.
In this life if you know how to do some things and has gotten the tools to do so then everything becomes less expensive but you don't you are at the money blood suckers thank you for sharing this
Nice build! The Wheels on the end of all the belt Sanders I have seen are not flat across the surface. They have a slight shape of a football with it being larger in diameter in the center to help keep the belt tracking properly under heavy load. Does yours have any issue with the belt wandering side to side with flat Wheels?
Z silnikiem to ponad 100 kg wszystko takie jebitne. Ale jest elegancko ostatnio kupowałem szlifierkę nową jakieś niby niemieckiej firmy a tam wszystko blacha 1.5 mm
He has all this nice shit and doesnt have a mag drill and annular cutters. ???edit really well done. I just cant get good hole saws anymore so even my large hole are all annular cutters. Very expensive but in Europe im sure its easier to find good ones
Nobody's ever complained about their belt grinder being overpowered ;-) But I've had an underpowered unit that was endless frustration. More power is the way to go!
That was a hilarious story about the dog and the beer. Nice lathe work and I like the capacity of your horizontal band saw. Are you using a air/oil press?
You cutting the tube at the start of the video makes me think of my apprentice days in the late 1980's. I we fucked something up, as a punishment we would be sent to the station where we cut up long huge metal bars... but not with a cool thing like you have here. Instead it was an old reciprocating thing that simply took ages to cut through, say a 150 mm bar of metal... and we'd then have to watch that thing all day doing it's job, LOL ;-) Another punishment was to grind down excess metal from the welding process on 8+ meter long structures using a pneumatic angle grinder. The noice and weight of this machine was a horror ;-)
This is a nice built but I think it's overkill too much machining and wasting material You need to cut down on making something indestructible and end up with the opposite
