Boiled pork slices and cold vegetable platter made by Dong Jun from ZE:A!

Boiled pork slices and cold vegetable platter
* ingredients are one plate standard.*
[ingredients]
*chili oil
1/4 cups of green onion(20g)
3 tbsp of cooking oil(25g)
3 tbsp of coarse red pepper powder(15g)
Decent amount of sesame oil

Boiled pork 200g
2/3 cups of green onion(60g)
3 tbsp of vinegar(30g)
3 tbsp of brown sugar(30g)
4 pieces of garlic(20g)

Boiled pork 100g
3 tbsp of vinegar(30g)
3 tbsp of brown sugar(30g)
4 pieces of garlic(20g)
¼ tbsp of wild mustard(3g)
Sliced green onions 150g
1/6 pieces of cucmber(30g)
1/6 pieces of carrots(40g)
Decent amount of chili oil
[Chicken Drumstick Meat Applicated Version]
3 tbsp of vinegar(30g)
3 tbsp of brown sugar(30g)
4 pieces of garlic(20g)
1 piece of chicken drumstick meat(250g)
Sliced green onions 150g
Decent amount of flavored salt
Decent amount of pepper powder
Decent amount of chili oil
[Method]
*Chili oil
1. Make green onion oil by adding cooking oil, green onion, and sesame oil on pan
2. Add cooking oil and red pepper poweder of equal amounts and stir in a glass bowl

1. Mix vinegar and sugar to a 1 to 1 ratio.
2. Prepare chopped green onions.
3. Prepare thinly sliced garlic
4. Add garlic to marinade
5. Prepare boiled pork, one by one
6. Place the boiled pork and put green onions on the plate
7. Drizzle sauce to finish

1. Mix vinegar and sugar to a 1 to 1 ratio.
2. Prepare green onions bite sized.
3. Mince garlic roughly and slice boiled pork with a width of 0.5cm.
4. Prepare thinly sliced cucumbers and carrots.
5. Add minced garlic and wild mustard to the sauce.
6. Mix the green onions, boiled pork and sauce to complete.
7. Place the sliced carrots and cucumbers.
8. Add chili oil according to preference.
[Chicken drumstick meat application version]
1. Season the drumstick with seasoned salt, pepper powder and place drumstick on pan with skin facing down.
2. Lower fire to medium and cover when you hear sizzling, then cook until crispy.
3. Mix vinegar and brown sugar to a 1 to 1 ratio.
4. Prepare bite sized green onions.
5. Add and mix the thickly minced garlic to the sauce.
6. Cut the drumstick into bite sizes.
7. Place green onions then top with chicken, drizzle sauce
8. Finish with chili oil, if preferred
