Dude you need to wear a mask that DOESNT make you cough..if you are coughing it’s becuase your are breathing in fine particles!!!! You need a better mask.
Hey what would the recipe be if I made 500 16oz jars of this? Please respond I know I'm late. I love this recipe it's the perfect clarity, thickness, and bubbles.
Thank you very much. I do tell you percentages in the video except fragrance oil, which will depend on the fragrance you choose. You can adjust your glycerin or water if you need to adjust for a different fragrance oil percentage.
letting the surfactants cool down, Using the thermometer temperature Gun.... ? What temperature reading you use before adding your fragrance oil and preservative ?? , Mixing before the flash point. Thank you for an awesome video!!
You will have to refer to the manufacturer information for your fragrance and preservative to know what temperature works best for those specific ingredients.
Lovely! Thank you for supplying percentages. It looks so beautiful and thick! I have one question; did you use a percentage of the entire recipe to figure out how much 'extra' water might be needed? Or how did you figure out how much to add to your recipe? TIA
Loved trying this but mine was came out to be a white base once cooked before adding to water phase, yours was kinda translucent can’t figure out why but I’m thinking that’s why, I used powdered sci so maybe I will order the same noodles u used🙂
A water soluble preservative works best bit you need to follow the manufacturer's recommendations. Liquid germ all plus is a great broad spectrum preservative
I just discovered your channel and I love your work. My question to you is can you tell me where you purchased your little bottles. These would be great for me for my extracts I want to start making. Thanks in advance.
Mines stayed cloudy and a little gooey too. It wasn’t gel like like yours. I used sci instead of slsa. Before I put it in the water it was like a thick butter and not liquidy like yours. I’m not sure why. It foamed you so nice in the shower but it wasn’t clear like yours. What can I do?
Surfactants have different properties. If you used SCI noodles, it may not clear. Think of melt and pour. If you add one cube of the white stuff, you won't ever get a clear soap. Same principal. Were your ingredients still hot when you blended?
@@StoryTimeDIY thank you for responding. I used the sci powder and the only thing that was warm was the water. I wasn’t sure if I should cook or warm up the mixture
I cannot say for certain if that was the problem but you want your ingredients about the same temperature. If you want the water to dissolve/dilute properly.
