Не плохо. И в разы дешевле готового изделия. На мой взгляд шину сделал длинноватой и кожух защиты нужно более развернутый... градусов так на 230. А в целом достойный аппарат получился.

Идея не плохая, но следовало поднять диск так чтобы он не мешал пиле лежать на "брюхе". В виде ясно видно что пришлось подложить под неё отрезок трубы, когда она лежала на столе. Плюс фильтр бензопилы не защитит её движок от снопа искр

Nice idea and it seems to work well. One suggestion I would offer you is a superior way to make your guards. In my career as a welder, I literally built hundreds of guards for various machines. You are fitting your guards up by wrapping the outside band flush with the side panel. A better way is to fit them up corner to corner. This allows you to weld it out from the outside and when you finish grind it you will not grind away most of your weld and be forced to weld again from the inside which causes more distortion from the heat. The only place they should have any back weld is about 1/2 to 1 inch at the very end where the band meets the side panel. This is where they will always crack due to vibration. Just a suggestion.
Excellent. The original oil pump must be deactivated - removing the drive worm? Cutting discs of such diameters support relatively low rotational speeds (4400rpm) and a chainsaw has 9000rpm ... the reduction is 40/55 = 0.72 and the speed is 0.72 * 9000 = ~ 6500rpm. 40:80 A reduction would be more appropriate ...
Dude I swear everytime you build something, you build it to survive literally anything. I mean you fully weld both sides of things that only need a tac to hold together
I applaud your building skills..VERY Well done. Plus your use of BOTH Hearing and Eye protection along with safety boots when using it to cut steel. I would also suggest wearing gloves and non flamable clothes as that volumn of sparks can burn or melt the wrong clothing onto your skin. For you and others reading comments DONT FORGET to wear an appropiate breathing face mark as concrete dust when cutting is Highly Dangerous to breathe in. I speak from personal experience. I would suggest adding an adjustable WATER MIST Attachment to the cutting guard that you can connect a garden hose or pressurised water source to if you plan to do a lot of concrete cutting.
It's a Chinese chainsaw, it doesn't cut wood very well, so I made it to cut metal. I have a fairly old Husqvarna 340 saw, it works, but due to its age it requires renovation, because it has very poor compression
No bo ta piła jest prawie nowa, chińska, ale po kilku minutach cięcia stwierdziłem że nadaje się tylko do cięcia gałęzi i dlatego ją przerobiłem, do cięcia metalu, a sprzedawca podawał że niby 5KM 😂

Thank you :) I have a TIG welder, but when I was doing the project I ran out of argon and the gas mixture for the mig-mag welder, so I welded co2 with gas, i very rarely weld with this gas, which makes the welds very ugly
