Pineapples. I've been incorporating them along with fermented foods (natto, kimuchi) into my meal times. Also, consider how you cook. Reduce the oils. Try olive oil if that's a possibility. Boil instead of frying. Boiled chicken is pretty tasty when seasoned right. Natural seasonings instead of powdered ones. You've got this guys. 🎉 Slow progress is progress. 🎉

That is wildly ironic because a lot of that been happening in Alabama specially the part I live at people been rebuilding apartment complexes and condominium complexes and it’s been ridiculously high

Also, I recently flew Spirit to Vegas and someone had a medical issue ( I think the person had motion sickness) but the FA’s did an amazing job, the one I remember was named AJ, and after making the call for a Dr., they sprang into action, way to go Spirit! This is coming from a Southwest frequent flyer lol

I’ve never seen you guys eat sweet potatoes before. It’s a healthy food, a vegetable, that will go with many things and nearly all meats. Very often overlooked. Several ways to prepare it and everyone should enjoy, including DJ. I often will eat it with nothing else and make it my meal. I love them that much. Check online for health benefits and ways to prepare it. Many easy choices.

I love the that gift so much! It’s so thoughtful and a great way to document trips. I’m definitely getting it for my friend. I’m wondering if I should get the chain or the key ring thing. What do you think?

Alec, I’m the same way I canceled my gym membership because I love to powerwalk outside. I love the scenery where I live and conversing with other people. I normally do about 7 miles a day.

Keep up the work, try to bake, roast your meat, vegetables use herbal seasoning also pink salt.. with time your taste buds will adjust. Have you ever used quinoa instead of rice? I do Intermittent Fasting so I only eat dinner and sometimes I eat the same meal for five days straight. I like what I like and I try to just stick to the same things.

Kudos to Brian, BJ, and Alec for excelling on the job, at school, and with your personal goals....Double & Triple HOA fees plus all of the new construction would have me looking elsewhere as well. Good luck on your search....I do alot of either salad bowls like you had for lunch or burrito bowls or a combo of both. i use store bought fully cooked chicken or you could use a rotisserie chicken and chop it up and freeze it so its ready to go at a moments notice. I reheat the chicken in my air fryer along with chopped tomotatoes, onions & peppers that I also freeze. i season it up and i will sometimes add barbecue sauce or if its gonna be part of a salad i use salad dressing to combine it with the greens. Usually i have this with black beans and or rice in the bags that i microwave or sometimes i toss it in the airfryer with the reheated chicken. I also add avocado sometimes which can also be frozen or fresh. Its quick and filling and alot cheaper than going to Moe's or La Parilla for the same thing. Hope that helps

Keep up the good works excercising you guys can do it. Cut back on sugar and salt and carbohydrates like starchy foods. Use more vegetables steam fish and bake Chicken etc. Don't do frying, with the excercises watch things happen.

Hey Guys, try some stir fry dishes, I do chicken or beef, you can add whatever protein you like 👍🏽, Turkey burgers or spaghetti, google some Keto dishes that won’t cause any issues, I’m on the journey myself, I’m 63 and a retired Teacher but have 3 part time jobs, I’ve had both hips replaced and a candidate for getting my knees replaced, I’ll be bionic when done, lol I’ve started using protein powder and Chia seeds in my smoothies, the struggle is real!
