Ingredients
200 g butter, at room temperature
250 g brown sugar
2 eggs
300 g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
50 g baking cocoa
chopped chocolate(optional)
Instructions:
*Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cover a baking tray with baking paper.
*Stir together butter and sugar with a food processor or hand mixer until light and fluffy.
*Add the egg and stir a little more.
*Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
*Add chocolate chips
*Form a circle cookie🍪🍪
*Bake in the middle of the oven, at 180 degrees for approx. 12 minutes.
