Great video, truely an improvement over the last one. The only significant imperfection (other than ratio of ingredients) is the fact that the butter is melted. Using melted butter isn't too much of an issue, but when you beat un-melted butter and sugar together, the sugar shreds the butter and makes it "pale and fluffy". I image these tiny air pockets contribute to the initial volume of the cookie dough and help it rise a small bit :3
