Making & Decorating a Pie Cake for the 4th of July 

Happy 4th of July :) Here is a Cake/Pie recipe with my lovely decorating skills :P
Ingredients used in this Recipe
Pie :
2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup vegetable shortening
½ cup margarine
1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Frosting :
2 packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Fruit Topping :
1 large banana
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 package sliced strawberries
1 container blueberries
Serves 24
