Make dubstep only using a plugin called vstspeek. You type in a word or phrase and it says it in a weird robot voice with a lot of harmonics, perfect for dubstep
This is awesome!! I love how in depth, yet easy to follow these kinda vids are. Not to mention it always ends up being a total slapper once it's all done. I had mentioned a while back that I was really looking into getting into music production myself. And while my resources will be very much limited, making something that sounds this cool out of nothing but a kick is very motivating. Keep it up my man :)
@@NeddieOfficial you can use ableton's delay device on repitch mode to get a pretty convincing tape stop effect (dosent quite hold up for a tape start up sound tho)
@@NeddieOfficial It may be a bit too standard for the most part but the way each part flows into the next is unique and so damn satisfying. I think you could do something with that
He was presented with an Idea And he stumbled upon the Idea in his list of video Idea's jeez Neddie you sure do like Ideas. edit: Is it odd I like this track more than any of the other stuff you've done?
I sidechain using a really short whitenoise click which activates a compressor on all my separate groups. That compressor is on sidechain mode and ducks all the volume when any drums hit. As for mastering, I don't master! I wouldnt worry about it if you're just starting out with it :) hope that helps!
