This helps a lot actually! I've been trying to make Future Garage that sounds like this for a while now but could never figure it out completely. Absolutely love the genre though
I can't be sure of the sound selection, but try a reverb with the decay between 300ms and 600ms and the size around 50 or so. Let me know if that helps!
it's not my soundcard, obs just kinda sucks for recording audio, I don't really wanna have to record my desktop audio through a third party because it would complicate stuff. thanks for pointing it out tho, I should look into fixing it
In ableton you can transpose samples. If a sample is in the key of Dmin and you were working in Cmin, you would transpose your Dmin sample -2 intervals since D is 2 intervals above C. You can visualize this easily by just looking at a keyboard. Just count the intervals on the keyboard between your 2 keys and then you can transpose those samples that amount of intervals to make the keys match.
