Over the past 50 years, the Gallup organization has been studying the traits that are found in great leaders at all levels. Of the twenty dimensions of leadership that stands out in great leaders, Gallup identified two that they call “non-negotiable traits”. One of these traits is the ability to make great decisions.
Decision-making isn’t easy and can be sidetracked by a number of psychological traps that can have a negative impact on a decision. More often than not, bad decisions are the result of these biases.
