this video was so interesting to watch. always wondered how to make such style of patterns. Derbys are so easy compared to this.... I have a question: would you be able to make a "Engineer" style boot (biker boot) out of this kind of pattern?

Certainly. Just eliminate the elastic and replace with a zipper.

Thank you so much sir.. Your videos have been a huge blessing to me as an upstart in the shoe-making no biz... However,I wanna ask.. Sir,is it a must that one must crimp the leather in Chelsea boot production?..thank you

Not necessarily but crimping will definitely make your life easier. If the material being used is sufficiently stretchy, you can side step crimping but I don't advise it.
