How were you racking focus on all those abrupt push ins and outs...? It is obvious that most of your apertures would really high bc everything is almost in focus which is not considered "cinematic".
The focus didn’t move all too much because the Aperture was at about F6, but I’ve gotten used to do quick pulls when on the fly, I’ve found it’s not always necessary to go super shallow on the DOF with fashion, but just a stylistic choice I suppose! Thanks for watching!
Are there any 9mm lenses for the bmpcc 6k? When using this camera at 120p, the crop is terrible. 11mm lens loan is not enough! Can you recommend a 9mm lens for 6k cameras?
Hi Cam! Thanks for sharing your experience with us. When shooting 75fps, what shutter speed/angle are you set at? Also you mentioned that you upscale your 2.7k 120fps to 4K. No problem, first of all thanks for watching, really appreciate it! At 75fps I’ll usually be at a shutter speed of 150 and to upscale I’ll be working in a 4K timeline so I’ll just drop in the 120fps footage and hit the scale to frame size shortcut in Premiere (or just scale it up manually), that’s all there is to it!
