You can, just go hang out at the door step of the shop every day as if you wanted to become a Shaolin Monk, just maybe the master might take you in. Make your dreams a reality.
I like Levis, but they need two extra belt loops around the back to keep your belt from riding up. And I also prefer the low rise, slim fit.Something on the order of a 7" or 8" rise. The 527's are the closest thing to that, but they're missing the two extra belt loops and the rise needs to be a little shorter.
This is so cool! I made my first pair of jeans last week, and it was a lot of fun and a real learning experience. I feel inspired by this video. I've got a ways to go, but I feel like each pair will be better than the one before it.
I wonder where this person is now. Wonderfully made denim, selvedge ID on the waistband and on the belt loops ( at least one had it) . Good ole White Oak Cone Mill denim, fitting I see this now as the 150th anniversary is on the way. I love this video
What I hate about Levi’s nowadays is the crotch always rips right where the seams that it always rips, but three months later before they even start seeing aware and sure enough, they rip it’s terrible how Levi’s are making our jeans nowadays
you're not wrong in saying that, a lot of people would agree, although some Levi's still to this day are made to a high standard, obviously not the $60 pair of jeans from Macy's but their LVC line and selvedge line are pretty darn good. I would also say that if you're continuously getting crotch blowouts in all your denim or at least Levi's, there could be an argument made that it's either your lifestyle and the way you move in your jeans that cause this, or you don't size properly. Could be both, only you would know. Could be neither.
Oh 23,_just a blog ya know about a tiny store, n the land renamed new Mexico, Singer too, Cristal blue Jean's, but today, I seen more self esteem, while working in the little store, and oh my graduated to I am perfectly poured into this Creation, with altitude, real time history in the making their still some out, trying, Spain renamed this land, fact I place on the map. Thanks for the blog 23, I be sharing, may you be sewing a lot more
I would pay extra for custom jeans if it meant I could select quality denim that’s going to last longer than 6 months. What happened to Levi’s jeans? The quality is horrible.
Buy the old school “shrink to fit” 501’s. They’re still made with 12.5oz denim. They used to be 15oz or so. If you wash them every 6 months they’ll last 2 years with heavy use.
@@SeanAlexanderThirtyEight if I had the resources I would start my own blue jean company with denim made to last years like those of the 19th century variety.
I just bought a 3 pair of levi's jeans and they all had the original orange thread stitching except for one pair had some yellow thread stitching my question is why?
I keep telling everyone in my friends, families and colleagues that if God could have been wearing jeans it surely could have been of Levi's. For fit, finish, detailing next level. No match for this invaluable brand.
Hello Sir, My name is Shakaib and from Pakistan. Do u prepare Jean's out of ur country. If anybody give his measurements upon ur guidelines, can u make jeans and send him through courier. Regards, Shakaib Pakistan
Lizzie the so called Master Tailor, thinks she is better than other people and treats others like shit she will talk to you as if you are an animal and she is Queen of the land, she was very snipey and aggressive towards me and I had only met her for the first time I will never forget that encounter she made me feel small and embarrassed because of the rude patronising manner in which she had spoken to me.
I thumbs down this for the simple fact that it, they, preferred pronoun try to undermine the thousands of people that labor (child labor) each day in factories that make these pants by the millions. The only thing different from these pant compared to the ones made in factory is the ridiculous price, Taylor fit and the sheer smugness. I would rather buy from forced child labor factories than have to listen to a shit packing story from this preferred pronoun while getting fitted for a pair of these.
Appreciate the craft people. Someone who actually takes pride in what they do. Aren't you tired of people who don't care or are not informed enough when they pick their nose and slop together a sandwich then serve it to you, or slap your house together that begins to fall apart in a year?
So you’d rather support sweatshops than a man who takes the utmost pride in what he does and has to ensure every detail for a particular customer. Makes sense
"preferred pronoun" fuck sakes... 🤦♂️ Just say "he" it's obviously a guy. Forget about all this "preferred pronoun" SJW newspeak BS. Speak fucking English. I wish I could double thumbs down your comment.
