Minji really gives a leader vibes. I also think she's an underrated dancer. She's very energetic and refreshing tp watch specially when she smiles and projects on camera.

똑같은 엄청 힘든 과정과 거기에서 나오는 멤버들의 독기를 르세라핌 다큐는 멤버들 우는 장면과 힘들어하는 장면을 그대로 보여주면서 엄청 열심히 한다는걸 드러냈는데 뉴진스 다큐는 "힘들어요" 라는 단어 없이 한없이 밝게 표현을 해놓았네 심지어 그 빡센 춤을 추는데도 숨헐떡이는걸 안보여줌 같은 소속사라고 들었는데 둘이 컨셉 차이가 너무나 극과극이라서 신기함 르세라핌은 노래에서부터 엄청 고생하며 열심히 했다, 독기를 품었다 이걸 딱 보여주는데 뉴진스 노래는 순수하게 즐기는 모습만을 보여줌 춤도 직접 춰보면 엄청 어렵지만 그냥 볼때는 해맑게 뛰노는것같은 느낌 여튼 두 그룹 춤 다 춰봤는데.. 진짜 무시무시함 얘네 대단한 애들이여 ㄷㄷ

Minji has such leader energy. And it's not just because she's their unnie. I know they don't have official positions but she really moves like the leader of the group and it's clear the other girls look up to her for guidance and direction. She's also kind of the bridge between the Aussie and Korean members being the most fluent in English amongst the K-line. Ador should really consider making her the leader

Without these behind-the-scenes videos, we would never have known their hard work. They constantly monitor, hone, learn, and come up with their own problems that need to be handled appropriately. They deserve more respect and love. So pround of you, NewJeans ❤

애들 헤어를 보아하니 데뷔때부터 연말무대 할 때까지 오래 준비한 것 같은데 대단하다.. 열심히 하고자 하는 모습이 정말 너무너무 예쁨 안무 정말 귀엽지만 어려운데 이렇게 딱 맞추기까지 얼마나 연습했을지ㅠㅠ 기특하다 갓기들💖💖

I think this is the first time I fell in love with a group, the members, their music and their whole aura so fast !! Everything about them is just so amazing, they are so passionate about their work.

I just noticed everyone's hair still long in here, so they've already been practicing OMG way back then, probably along with Attention, Hype Boy, Ditto etc. and maybe only filmed the mvs last year. No wonder MHJ said they're already preparing for another cb. My hardworking girls 💖

Minji is such a dependable anchor for the group. You can really see this in the video. She literally does everything. She fills so many roles. I’ve seen her play the role of manager, choreo couch, director during shoots, and safety manager. She’s like a liaison between the members and the ADOR staff. I’ve seen her gently scold Hani for head butting a basketball in Ban Heesoo’s first video. She let Dani take her plate during the mystery plate game. She gave treats with a custom self made sticker for ADORs staff. She’s so sweet. She also knows how to be a leader. She keeps the other members focused while at the same time not being picky or overly meticulous. She allows the members to speak their mind without interposing. She knows when to be serious and when to play around. She makes the other members shine. You’d think she had post-graduate training for leadership and business management. I can see why she played the role of the ‘psychiatrist’ in the OMG MV. If ADOR decides to let the members do solos, I really hope Minji gets one.

데뷔 때부터 여러 안무 다 숙지하느라 힘들었겠다ㅜㅜ 연말 무대도 다 외우느라 힘들었을텐데 컴백준비도 해야되고 ㅠㅠ 뉴진스 항상 화이팅💪💪

음악이 우선 기본적으로 다 좋지만 그 곡에 딱맞는 안무가 진짜 곡을 극대화시켜주는것같아요... 어텐션 후렴에서 늘어지는부분, 하입보이 그 펑키하고 키치한 후렴 안무도, 오엠쥐 딱맞는 힙한 후렴 안무..최고는 디토 타임 투 루즈~ 할때 한바퀴도는거 ㄹㅇ 안무까지 진짜 짜임새있게 만들었다는걸 확느낌... 뮤비보면서 한번더듣고 안무보면서 한번더듣고 개미지옥이 따로없다... 그리고 그걸 각자 개성에맞게손동작 발동작 모두 억지스럽지않고 재밌게 잘 살리고 있는 뉴진스까지,,, 완벽그잡채

무대 위 빛나는 스포트라이트 뒤에는 땀흘리며 열심히 노력한 연습실의 뉴진스가 있었네요. 때로는 진지하고, 때로는 즐겁게 웃으며, 서로 꼼꼼히 피드백도 주고 받으며 한걸음씩 성장하며 나아가는 뉴진스의 모습이 너무 아름다워요. 이 사랑스러운 아이들 위해 힘껏 두손으로 박수치고싶네요.

이렇게 연습하는 거 보니까 진짜 프로페셔널하구나 작은 디테일들까지도 신경 쓰고 거의 완벽을 추구하면서 연습을 계속하는구나 진지한 모습이 너무 매력적이다

뉴진스 안무 분석 영상이 떠서 본적이 있는데 이번 안무 영상을 보니까 힙합스텝이 참 많고 리듬을 기반으로 동작을 쉴새없이 한다는게 확실히 느껴진다 연습량도 많을것 같고 멤버들이 그만큼 잘 소화하는거 같다

I’m so grateful that practices and behind-the-scenes videos are published for the public, because as a 🇺🇸 not-familiar-with-K-Pop fan, it was mind-blowing to realize that they could do this choreography from start to finish error-free, no need to edit together fifteen separate takes or anything.

Can we take a minute to appreciate that the team doesn't mind showing the girls super early in their practices without makeup, hairdo, just themselves fully? 많은 노력이 필요한지는 알고 있었지만 이렇게 영상으로 보니까 확 와 닿네요. 단순히 춤을 잘춰서 뚝딱 나오는게아니라 잘 짜여진 대형 , 세세한 디테일 하나하나 신경쓰고 연습하느라 얼마나 많은 땀을 흘리는지 알게 되었어요. 이번 omg 안무가 너무 예뻐서 보는 것 만으로도 기분 좋았었는데 너무 고생하셨고 고마워요 뉴진스!

어쩐지 노래를 들어도 들어도 질리지가 않고 안무는 볼 때마다 새롭고 자꾸 보고 싶은 이유가 있었네요 이렇게 디테일하고 꼼꼼하게 동선 하나하나 행동 하나하나를 수정하고 마음에 들 때까지 연습을 하는데 안 좋을 수가 있나요 안무도 안무지만 멤버들의 꼼꼼함이 안무를 더 완벽하게 완성시킨 게 아닌가 싶습니다. 왠지 음방 무대도 모니터링하면서 체크하고 수정하고 연습할 거 같은데 너무 무리하지 말았으면 좋겠고 저도 앞으로 안무의 어떤 점이 수정되었을지 무대마다 눈여겨볼 포인트가 생겨서 또 색다를 것 같습니다. 뉴진스 화이팅!!
