@SylviaAndKoreeBichanga Hi ,I noticed in the receipe 2 set of sugar that is too much sugar, as long as the bananas are very ripe,that means they are enough sweetness, so the sugar will have to be less by half of the amount the receipe called for

Nice bread we add walnuts and drizzle icing sugar mixed with water over the top and when it drys you get a crunch .

I just love you guys. You guys are too cute. Sylvia your banana bread is on point girl! Had my mouth watering. When I make I sometimes add chocolate chip like you do or dried cranberries or raisins. Sometimes blueberries or finely chipped up apples. I like to play around with different ideas.

Hi guys,the banana bread in supermaket is a litlle denser, i usally make the banana cake,sylvia you are becoming like your mom ,i always have alot of peace when i watch her and your Dad, can you get coconut sugar in kenya its a litlle Better than regular , might also be cheaper on line,such an excellent wifey ,you both are so Blessed to have each other,i love the genuine love you have for each other,Blessings

From a recipe book I learnt to blend my wet ingredients in a blender. This I pour into my dry ingredients which also contains chopped nuts. The recipe is basically the same. It comes out perfect.
