Instead of looking at the WR, you should look at pick rate. If there's 1000 people playing it because it's popular and then lose, the WR won't look good, but it's players' fault.

His strength is in the fact that you can blind it and lane without dying/losing farm. He's not a win-con alone like he used to be. He isn't super easy anymore and takes patience. All these together make his wr drop since if you fail to adhere to one of these rules, you're probably going to lose. Skarner is just better at everything and wins alone like old KSante. Just play that
