what you said is true, old LEGO sets just have that charm that new LEGO sets don't have anymore. The remake looked awesome and i really liked all the detailing as well as the way you added the old minifigs to give it the old vibe as well. In LEGO, you have to pay attention to every mini detail to master it.

Nothing beats building old lego sets. I have a 2012 city set in my backlog right now and I really want to build it but I can't do it until my PaB order shows up which won't be for like 3 to 5 weeks though I made the order 4 weeks ago. Another set I could do is a lego movie set from 2014 but that is not on my plans for this year as my retired set build. This year's plan is to be set 4434 dump truck from 2012.

We have this big bin of old LEGO at my grandmas house and I never knew what set most of the pieces were from, but just liked playing with them. but when I saw the thumbnail the stairs looked familiar and now I know what set they’re from so thanks!

Paradisa sets are such a vibe, the mix of rare colors like old pink, medium green and light yellow will always get me wishin I was a seagull livin on some rich chaps property eating his spicy chicken sandwich off the deck… is it just me or do you guys feel the same 😮‍💨

I personally really like your idea of the set but one think that i could see an improvment could be the pink colour. In my personal opinion the pinkish colour really bringed up everything together. But in rest you did a great job

Your build looks good, but feels like a different set. The other two makeovers you did resembled the original sets better. Besides that, Paradisa was a great subseries to LEGO Town / City. Video quality and editing is 110%. I lol'd very hard. :D

Love these videos, honestly wish my mind could see the bricks and pieces when I collected the way you do. See, when I was younger I would've been so focused on using that silly angled wall piece for a walk that it would just upset the build. Nice video, Ty. It’s been a while since I saw one of your videos and I must say they’ve improved. Definitely a great comparison, the old set is super fun with all the old colors and classic figs. Your builds looks great too, the water is simple but effective and I like that you used the crab tile.

I really love this series. Older sets were not as complex and though Lego may not care to update their older original sets, they have no problem updating the franchise sets like Star Wars/Harry Potter. which is fine, Star Wars, Harry Potter, etc will sell a lot more than Systems sets would. I'm glad to be able to watch you update and give those old lego sets an improved and modernized look. It has also inspired me to try to update one of my old lego sets. harder than it seems, particularly angles -_-
