Hello! I’m a Chandler of 15 years and a massage therapist of 20. I use this exact recipe and my clients love it! Here are some helpful tips for you! Even though wick stickers or hot glue aren’t organic, lotion, candles, burn at a lower temperature than regular candles, so there is very little chance that the flame will get hot enough to burn them, releasing any carcinogens, when it lifts off the bottom of the container, (exposing the sticker/glue.) For this reason, I highly recommend adhering the wick to the bottom. Your candle needs to be fully melted across the surface, called a “melt pool” (explained later). When the candle gets low to the bottom, and is poured into your hand, the wick will eventually lift out entirely. At that point, you won’t be able to put it back in, and the rest of your candle is wasted. Melt pool: As far as pouring out a “dime sized amount”, you don’t want to do that because that will cause your candle to tunnel down the middle. You want to let it burn for about an hour so that it creates a fuller “melt pool”, which means the candle is completely melted across the entire top. This is incredibly important with all candles, because again, you don’t want it to tunnel, wasting the contents of your candle. Once it tunnels, your wick is burned to the bottom, and you will have to scoop out the contents so that it’s not wasted. Don’t worry about using the entire amount, as long as it dries flat. I also recommend using a tin, or other vessel, with a pour spout. It makes it so much easier to pour into your hand without dripping! Hope this helps!

Imagine since 7 Days of her making this video you was the only person who watched and asked her a very simple question but she's not even bothered to get back to you. Sometimes people are too much they only post video for views but can't help you. Dear go to Google everything is stated over there. Or you can go to candle science website everything is there.

They are just nice for massage and regular lotion use. The warmth feels nice on the skin and the butters are really moisturizing.

Moisturizing the skin is the main benefit and a lot of people enjoy the warmth :)

This is not lotion candle but a body butter or massage oil candle

Lotion candles are often called massage candles. Just gives a less romantic connotation!
