Hey Trev, As of right now, the employee pathfinding and task management is broken, so the employee's won't complete tasks, and will just drain money (this is from something in the airport dlc).

It looks like the gas pump employees are bugged. Why not hire one to man the cash register so you can focus on the other jobs?

Whatever the task they are all broken now. No task work correctly since maybe 1 or 2 month. They have done something wrong in the last update. So whatever the task the employee just stop. Its the main reason I don't like much Beta Game. One moment they work perfectly and one moment after developer do a update that destroy the game. Hope one day maybe one day developer will find out and fix it. Not sure. I don't think honestly they will fix it.
