i got goosebumps i won’t lie. my god it’s amazing to see imo when a creator realized they aren’t having fun anymore. it just puts things into perspective especially when they realize that what makes it fun is the friends they play with. this is one of those games where you CAN do it by yourself but it’s just so, so much more fun to do it with a group. and there’s something beautiful about that.

During Lockdown, all of my online friends were free all the time and we had a BLAST playing in servers together for 2 whole years. But after the end of the pandemic, those online friends from different parts of the word were busy again and they just quit playing Minecraft. I was the only member from our group of 20 or so who was still playing Minecraft until last year. Many people blame "The Boring Updates" for the "downfall" of Minecraft but i think that is just not true, just look at the updates from (1.16- 1.20) nether for revamped, we got so many beautiful biomes, we r even gonna get a new weapon, etc. The reason Minecraft is getting "boring" is because there is no one to play with nowadays. Obviously this is not the case for everyone but I just want to state my problem and I think this relates to a lot of players too. The only reason i stopped playing Minecraft is because i was getting busy with my external life and i simply had no one to play with. Especially since I am from Asia, there are literally NO fun SMP's or any Asian servers so i either have to play single player or on high ping (in case of survival). Other wise i just have to play on PvP servers which burns me down very quickly. There is no real "problem" with Minecraft except for the declining of players and, we cannot really blame anyone or anything for that, judging with any other games, Minecraft has had one of the greatest life lines and its not going anywhere anytime soon. Its just the fast that old players have gotten burnt of it or have gotten busy in the own lives and new players are coming in but not in a mass amount similarly to most other games. Idk why i wrote this, i just got a sudden motivation to let all my feeling about current Minecraft out my heart...... DYAM this is embarrassing

Quick correction about the 45 strafe: It is not the hardest jump in the game, that being the penta 45 strafe, where you need to do 5 45 strafes in a row, moving your head to the right 45 degrees, than back to 0, then back again to 45 degrees multiple times. There are also other contenders like the 1 block momentum head butterfly neo, and the centa 45 strafe (100 45 strafes in a row), but those are believed to be humanly impossible.

There is something seriously wrong with you 1bmm. SERIOUSLY. All day, I go online, and I see 1bmm. Every time I log onto HPK, it's 1bmm's name at the top. I just don't understand how you manage to do it all day. I TRIED, okay? I tried so hard to match what you did, what you managed to do. But I couldn't. No matter what day of the week, what time, 1bmm was on. I never could pass him because he kept moving forward. He left us in the dust like ants, without a care in the world. Never assume in life .. Don't think that carrot big because carrot big leaf because small leaf carrot not leaf big size. Some time .. On way to successful .... Parkour player here. A few things I have to say. 5:33 This is far from the hardest jump, only being difficulty 4 on the onejump difficulty scale, while the hardest jump humanly verified (ice penta 45 strafe) is difficulty 11, and requires 5 almost perfect 45 strafes in a row only being possible by 0.0004 blocks. 6:48 No, you didn't even get close at all. From looking at your coordinates, you missed by 0.185 blocks, which is much worse than not doing the 45 strafe at all, which misses by 0.004 blocks.

Ingredients: 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened 3/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups chocolate chips Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until it's light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough. Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving enough space between each cookie. Bake in the preheated oven for 9-11 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely. For me, the joy of minecraft was playing it for the first time, having no knowledge of how the game works or what to do. The joy in minecraft came to me as I slowly progressed in a game that was unique and new to me. I've played bedrock for almost 2 years now and am still enjoying since I am still setting goals for myself such as hit a 10 360 chain or beat those who once beat me. Yesterday I played java edition for the first time and I loved it, ourely due to the fact I had no idea what to do. I had no clue how to set up a texture pack, lunar client or hold a combo at all. It's the u awareness of the game and progressing in it the truly brings fun to the game.

I've been playing on older versions. Playing on a game so free of all the awful clutter it is filled with nowadays is really nice. I've genuinely poured many, many hours into a world on beta 1.7, and it's been a lot more enjoyable than playing the latest version. I don't know man, it really feels like this game's design philosophies have gotten mixed up pretty bad. 1.13 (When phantoms are disabled) is the last version of this game that still feels like Minecraft.

am from the bedwars community mainly and tbh minecraft actually died. there are no players in servers, people are just hacking, the og bw players either left or are making kids content. and i always think that, WHAT IF, they all upload a video in whichh all the ytbers of the community are in a vc, discussing about the game's revival. the ytbers who are constantly trying to keep the game alive, are not getting that much reach. it's really sad to see all this and to see this kids content getting like a million views but actual content, not even 50k sometimes. am really happy that you are trying to revive the game and hope that you continue to do so

I joined Minecraft around 1.10 after my brother played since 1.6 I loved it so much it was my favorite sadly my accounts been glitching and I haven’t bin able to log in for almost a year the 1 thing I want right know is to go back to 1.10 and play for hours with my brother and this video genuinely almost made me cry keep up the great work man

The most fun I've had by FAR playing Minecraft was an RLcraft playthrough with a group of friends, for the exact reasons you mentioned at the end. That world generated inside jokes and memories that we still reference today, and if you're looking for more ways to spice up the game then RLcraft is a great place to look

Funny story: So I just bought Java. I've been playing bedrock the entire time. Whether that was old PE or legacy console. I bought Java. Learned the game a little bit but I didn't need to adjust too much since I've watched a lot of RU-vidrs. Well, after seeing some friends, I decided I would try pvp. I logged onto Legacy and instantly hid in the lobby. I was so scared to right-click and Que into a duel. I was fine in group fights but something about duels scared me. I never did pvp on Java only bedrock. I've watched Java papers and seen how advanced they were. Eventually, I finally did it and you're probably thinking. Oh, you're good at pvp with that story? I am not I said funny, not motivating

Also trapping combines the action of pvp the creativity of building, and the satisfaction of redstone but its so simple! You can make a spleef trap or a huge quadruple piston extender smth! Bringing it over to servers is so fun!

there are many things in the Video that i agree with like keeping it simple each in its on littlebit different way and that it also has to do with the time we played it in, as well as the statements to the different things you tryed like pvp not being worh to practice or on other servers to easy, redstone being very complicated to get to what you want, building being able to make fun but also consuming a lot of time and it can get boring or you can getunsetisfied with your build. Jump and run is similar to pvp but with simple jumps it can definately be fun for a bit of time and playing in a similar way than in the past can definatelly bring back those feelings, but as you said what makes those things fun is to keep it simple and do it your way which can be difficult these times with seeing the best of everything on the media everywhere and servers being sewated on or half dead, I felt very similar to this in a way but like this there are still things that you can make fun again or that you still find fun because they havent changed. :1b

I started playing Minecraft (On PC) 4-5 Years ago when Covid in Germany started (lockdown 2019) I played on an Server from my favorite RU-vidr back in the day till the pvp Tryhards destroyed the Gameplay on it. I started getting into pvp after that but it wasnt that fun playing Skywars or Bedwars because it had no Point, i didnt had any plans on getting top ten or something like that so i just quit. I came back after some Months and was back in the Scene for 2 Years. I played mostly on SMP's in the newest Version (I was that type of guy that only played 1,8 pvp before). But that also got boring after some time. Its jut hard to find a Community that has motivation to do big Things like i did and i wasnt a big Content Creator so i also couldnt join an big RU-vidr SMP to have fun in. Now i dont play Minecraft for 1 Year and to be honest, i dont really miss it. I watch a lot of Minecraft Content like the Lifesteal SMP but i dont have the Motivation to come back myself.

Minecraft is fun, in pvp, redstone, parkour, and creative, but a huge factor is the multiplayer, the ability to play with others, whether for pvp to building, to play with friends is the best way to have fun in minecraft because you can be Competitive or mess around and have lots of fun. Minecraft itself isn't the whole reason it's fun, but the ability to play with friends in the game itself is, like I said before, a huge factor.

Honestly TOTALLY can agree that going back to a sinpler version IS sometimes entertaining and recently went back and replayed my original version as well... which is SUPER old now lol... but thoroughly enjoyed it and LOVED the vid man! In the end you figured it out... its the point of having fun with friends and just keeping things simpler.
