Hi Jay! I have a question for you; my Frankie doll has glue seeping onto her hair and I’m not sure what to do since I don’t have Oxi-clean. Thanks if you answer, or if anyone else answers!
I use Goof Off professional adhesive remover for glue seepage. If you’re a kid you will need an adult to do the job as the remover is pretty toxic. Then I use a conditioner to put moisture back in the hair.
I’m actually kinda disappointed in MGA, they used resin which is toxic If you eat it and I feel like some little kids might think it’s editable because it’s displayed as food, it’s really unsafe to use a toxic chemical in a kids toys they could’ve used slime or clay but really using resin is stupid.
Im pretty sure resin should not be something kids should play with. Resin is a chemical reaction with epoxy and its hardener. With UV resin, obviously the only way it will cure is with UV light, but because it is chemical reaction, it will get very hot. I mean I'm not an expert so if someone could explain it better, then listen to them not me, but basically what I'm trying to say is, I hope there are warnings about using resin on the back
