This reminds me of Wintergatan, Detektivbyrån, and Minecraft all at the same time and I absolutely love it. It sounds almost bittersweet and I think it's beautiful. The best things always seem to come from the most unexpected places. Keep up the amazing work :D Edit: How could I forget about Raft? This song reminds me loosely of “Dreaming on Sea” from the Raft OST.
I don't know if anyone in the audience listened closely to the arppegio part, but you'll notice there is a C# note at the beginning of the D major part of the harp arppegio.
Here's a challenge: make a song where one song is played out of the left headset, another separate song played out of the right headset, but both songs played together still sounds good three songs for the price of one
Perfectly accurate and actually acceptable and relatively relatable . . . ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ! ! ! ! ! ! ! lol ha ha ha ha ha ha 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 . . . . . . . . . .
@@theglitchghost7744 I got the inspiration of a "Chasing your possessed friend" thing from Celeste as you are trying to be friends with your dark side/shadow
Levi Niha can make a song with literally anything, and that is one of the reasons why you're one of my favorite music producer. Much love, keep it up :D
the song is very comforting and calm, but has a sadness to it that sorta says "it's not okay. it may never be. I'll always be with you, no matter what."
10:49 it sounds better with the imperfect piano. It gives it originality and makes it sound even better. I mean like the wavy dots one you said wasn’t perfect.
This music makes me visualize so much things... It is so fun! :D I imagine kids, whales, a sad child playing with these weird cubes, a guy playing accoustic guitar to calm himself down, a lonely monster inside a mansion lmao, it is so fun to try and imagine something using these sounds :D
This sounds like the end of a Great journey, lands, and lands. Hours, and days, After who knows how long it took, You made it to the destination. You may never get praised for it, Although You will have satisfaction throughout your mind every day. Knowing You made it to where you want. You feel like you wanna pass out during the journey, although you know you can do it, great work.
all markdown tricks that i know: *Bold* letters have asterisks (* things) around words _Italic_ letters have underscores around them -Crossed out- letters have dashes around them, -and is still black on dark mode, which makes it look ugly-
This is definitely one of my favorite of your works! I’m motivated! I wanna make a song! I’m going to get onto chrome music lab right the heck now and make something!
Almost 2 years late but I really liked the result of this experiment! Kind of reminds me of a Minecraft music disc. Very spacy but also the part where some of the instruments become muffled and all you can hear is the plings and plongs make it sound nostalgic in a way, like a "look at how far we've come" moment but put in song form. Great work.
i actually really enjoy how like,, organic? a lot of it feels, especially those oscillators - despite the clearly computer generated sound, the way they waver (bc they're being controlled by a person) is really cool n interesting. it has an oddly man-made feel to it n i think thats cool.
Make a song using a gaming setup as instruments (ex. mechanical keyboard sound as high hat, click but pitched down as bass kick, mouse moving as a tone).
Have you noticed the footer at the very bottom of the site? Tapping the rectangles can make a unique synth sound. There is also a shared piano where you play together. It has an extended version of the Song Maker instruments, even the drums! So, now you can have hi-hats! If you want, you can make a sequel to this video with my information!
I like to pretend that the oscillator shape guys are in a conversation preparing for a music competition, the way they train is that i gotta play them until its finally perfect.
Levi how do you record straight into ableton? Is it some easy thing I’m missing? Do you just press record and it records all sound or what? Can you please explain.
My old music teacher acctualy was the assistant of the guy who made Ableton. I remember we would use it ALOT in grade 4. So thank him I guess. Although I don't know what happened to him because apparently he grabbed a kid by his shirt collar and literally threw him into the office walls, because I guess the kid did something that offended him. The kid is mostly okay they just got a couple bruises and scratches. I've heard rumors that he got sent to jail after that, but don't quote me on that.
