Hello hello! Thank you for letting me take a bit of a break while I was dealing with last minute prep for Otafest 2022! I really do appreciate it! I basically went into a vegetative state on Monday so let's return back to drawing on Saturday :'D I always love getting me products made with Vograce as they are very reliable and I can always trust their quality! I will be work on some new stuff for Animethon 2022 in August! If you guys want me to a video talking about my experience tabling at Artist Alley at an anime convention or just stories! Do let me know!

I would definitely love to see the process behind how you make your products for conventions. I really want to sell my work at a convention one day and seeing what you do would be such a huge help!! Also, table set up and advice related to doing a convention table would be awesome. ✨ love your vids 💖

omg thanks for sharing this with us!! I love seeing all the different new ways artists can set up merch 🥰 I don't have much time to do heavy researching on my own lately, so these videos are always really helpful and exciting. I can imagine tabling at a con can feel pretty anxiety inducing ;-; you have my solidarity as someone who is also pretty softspoken lol but it is really cool to have people come up to you and be able to talk with them about art stuff ☺ This was such a cute video and also AHHHHH THE HANSUKE MERCH IS SO CUTEEEE TY FOR SQUISHING HIS LIL FACE I'M SO HAPPY TO SEE IT 💖🌱

Don’t know if you did it but I definitely want to know the process of a table set up and as well the printer that you use. I have been trying to find a good printer and I can’t.

The video was fun to watch; didn't know you could order samples for yourself from Vograce. Since you print your own prints, do you have to do a bit of tweaking to the colors? The paper looks really nice; it makes the art pop. Thanks for sharing your process; I always wanted to know how people table at the conventions. I always think about how they handle bathroom breaks 😁

I used the Canon Luster Photo paper! It is expensive and mostly bought online so I will be switching to Matte Photo paper in the future!

I’m binge watching your videos aaaaaa…. Btw I had a question, your sketchbook has thin paper right? How does it hold gouache and watercolour? And you draw on both sides of the page, how thick is the paper in gsm?

according to the manufacturer, i believe it is 100gsm! It can hold gouache and watercolours but the paper does warp a lot! I recommend now drenching the page in too much water! In the future, I will do more painting in the book to show how much it can handle! :D Since it is a notebook it does have thinner paper!

thank you thank you! The paper in the video was the Canon Luster Photo Paper but I will be switching to Matte paper as its less reflective and more affordable and accessible! I didn't think my prints would sell that much so I did about 10 for each? some less, some more? But I had several sell out on the 1st day which was my mistake!

I was wondering is it worth to table at a con if you don’t have that many products? Or should you wait till you have more art to showcase?

Hmm I think that will depend! Usually more would be the best just to appeal to a larger audience, but I have seen others who are more niche and have a smaller selection! I think it will also depend on the table size! This year, we had 8ft tables as default! But previous years and other cons have had 4ft tables and 6ft tables! I think 4ft table is good for people who have less artwork or want a more intimate space! I had a 4ft table and less art for my 1st tabling event!

Ah yes! I do ship worldwide as long as your country accepts mail from Canada! Store will be updated in June!
