You truly have a talent that many hobbyhorsers want! U are creative, smart, loved and SO much more! Love you primrose stable! Oh can't forget... STUNNING HOBBYHORSE!!!!!! xD xD xD
How do you make the horse so straight and in place? I think its just the fabric. When i make mine they are kinda fat and the fabric stretches. I wish i had velboa here
It is not somthing to do with velboa, it has somthing to do with the white fabric I iron on to the fabric. I dont konw what it is called in english, but in danish it is called "vlieseline".
Like Primrose stables said, it is not completely velboa. It is iron on fabric stiffener. You iron it on and it stops the fabric from stretching, therefore making it stiffer and stronger. This also helps with keeping shape in the hobbyhorse. It was a life changer for me! It also allows you to use basically any fabric as it can make them stiff and not stretchy. I have even been able to use fleece! Hope this helped :)
What do you iron on the back of the fabric? I am a keen hobbyhorser tho alone in britain😢 I recently finished my sixth hobbyhorse but I think it just looks better whenever a youtuber puts that stuff on the back of the fabric. Hope to get an answer. Your style is really cool
Rippletail Of ThunderClan Hello! It is iron on fabric stiffener, it really does help! You can get rolls of it in fabric stores, all you do is iron a piece on and it stops your fabric from stretching, making it stiffer and stronger. It also helps with keeping shape in the hobbyhorse. Hope this helped!
Starshine Hobbyhorses Thanks so much! This really helped! I appreciate it! Hope you have many days of carefree galloping ahead of you! I will get to work immediately
