It is siad that constitution of India as foundation, fundamental and supreme law, which can't be altered it's basic structure since 1973 even there was a judgment by the supreme court in 1980 i.e, the limited power of the legislative body, because it has promoted a limited government even article 50 enumerates the judiciary shall be separated from executive in order to promote welfare of the citizens
