Hello Sweet Mama🙏 What a lovely technique,banana bread has always been around home and is such a universal favorite . I wanted to say how much I love your tutorials Cream butter and sugar together. Add bananas and eggs. Combine dry ingredients, add to the mixture without overbeating etc and all of your experiments, it has taught me to not be afraid to experiment with baking. @@GaithreeDeviLuckan Sure Aunty, Almost the same measurements as yours but instead of the Eggs, I add 200 gm ( Approx Half tin) of condensed milk and a quarter cup of brown sugar. The condensed milk gives the additional richness and fat that the Eggs provide. I use condensed milk in all my cakes as I'm a vegetarian. They turn out perfectly everytime. Give it a try, but the sugar may need adjustment for the recipe as the condensed milk has sugar too.
