Making Our Own Ravioli from Scratch - Merrell Twins 

One trick to pasta is you have to roll the dough incredibly thin.. so thin it's almost sheer because when boiling, it thickens.Then the thinner noodles don't take long at all to boil, if put in a rolling boil. My husband and I once "lived on" two ingredients for months.. flour and water. Then one day a lovely soul gifted us a carton of eggs. I made us HOARDS of "pasta" but learned it had to be rolled suuuuper thin. We ate heartily then :)

I'm pretty sure the pasta is tough because you didn't let the dough rest. If I'm not mistaken you should wrap it in cling film and let it rest for an hour or more so it absorbs the moisture properly and softens. Or it could be due to gluten formation if you did indeed overknead it.

Yes.. I have made homemade ravioli... Story short I asked my father in law since he a chef .. he made me do it the hard way when he had the equipment to do it easy and fast😂😂😂... Good luck girls❤❤

i have been a member for about 4 years now and i got massed up because i got catfished by some guys that is pretending to be sebastian stan and that hurts very very badly and i love sebastian stan too very very much also and there are fake people trying to be him which is very very wrong and very exstremely rude and evil on there part sadly i can only go on my mom's computer because i got to have no computer for a while and i need it because to make my brain heal and so i can go on my mom's computer thow but also sadly she passed away a year ago and some months and she was my best friend in the whole world and my dad is a drunk he drinks to much beer and wine so yes that is what i am going throw and my dad is very rude to me anyways i dont have the star one or the bonk dog because i am that i ama bonk dog and i am a star now i think and some months it has been 4 years and some month i have been a member i should get the star too so that is what i am going though and more i love you guys very much i love ravioli very much but scratch that looks very hard to do wow you guys will do great with the raviolis for sure you guys got it

If you know what you’re doing and people are giving bad advise I understand having and attitude but not knowing what you’re doing and people giving good advise and having a bad attitude about it does not make sense those were done way before you took them out.
