The outside of the abandoned duplex property has most of the original features still!! From 1930! It is time to bring it up to this century and give it a much-needed update.
We plan to completely replace ALL of this house's windows and doors, but it is costly. The plan is to attack one side at a time. That allows us more wiggle room when paying for these high-priced items.
In this episode, the siding is finished and new windows and doors are added to the back. I finished the doors with a nice coat of paint, painted the trim around the garage doors, and finally cleaned the garage doors. A lot of work is being done inside both units so make sure you are subscribed to not miss any exciting new content on deck.
All of the original metal railings will be repaired in some places and replaced in others but that is for a different video coming soon ;)
