Today in our village, we make paneer by using cow milk. After we make a panner, we use it for making paneer butter masala. The traditional method of making paneer butter masala is more enjoyable and the recipe is delicious!

I just made this for my family tonight and thought I’d share that my masala was less smooth after using an electric blender! I love seeing the cooking tools you use that modern kitchens don’t have anymore and how well they work. Definitely a meal I would make again, the fresh paneer was so delicious!
I too use blender or mixer to prepare masala and gravy. Its faster and less messy but this traditional stone grinder gives much better results. I dont have much space in my apartment otherwise i would have kept a suitable size stone grinder in my garden at my native place. Even electric version is available which mimics human hand motion.

The way he dipped n soaked the roti frm both the sides reminds me bck of those days during schools where we had this soulful connection with eating food which actually adds a lot of positivity to the health factor n also makes us feel satisfied with every bite n the whole meal in itself becomes a total satisfaction to the body,mind n soul..just loved the positivity,enthu n their effort to feed the senior citizens..such noble cause never goes unnoticed or unappreciated..Divine always has his grace over such people.
Okay I wanna say something I think really is important to point out. This isn't just a channel with some dudes cooking stuff. This is a channel about people who are enjoying life to the fullest. They cook delicious food, the camera work is spot on, the sound is so so sooo sweet and relax. I also love how you guys take time to point out and film some nice features of mother nature like the animals and the plants. You guys should be on television instead of those other donkeys you'll find on tv. Keep up this wonderful work. It's some of the best things to find on RU-vid!

They were displaying English subtitles few months ago. They need someone to sit down and translate as GOOGLE or RU-vid translation will not be able to pick up (Google translates with only mainstream Urban cities lingo) their pure and chaste way of speaking Tamil. If you want their conversation translated for this video ,I can do. Or if you are after ingredients and method let me know.
