It's so funny because people are so used to everyone keeping to themselves that when someone does a random act of kindness to you, it takes you off guard because you're not sure if someone is just toying with you, or if a stranger really did something nice for you. Have you ever reacted badly to a random act of kindness by mistake? Haha, This is what I mean: I was in a cafe one day and bought a drink and finished it quickly but was hanging out waiting for a friend. After a while, the guy at the counter made a cappuccino and brought it over to me. I said: "Oh, I didn't order that." And he just smiled and said, yeah I made it for you. And I told him I don't like cappuccinos. Doh! I felt so dumb right away!! Haha. I wasn't being mean, and I'm not a snob, I'm actually very outgoing, but I got caught off guard and got nervous and then said something stupid. Haha. I apologized to him and we laughed. And I drank that cappuccino. Even though I don't like cappuccino because it's bitter, the thought made it the sweetest cappuccino ever. Haha.
it´s so nice to see that small things help making someone smile, and it´s a pity that we do it so rarely. vidoes like this helps to remind us how easy it is to be a better human.
Unconditional kindness is the best way to remind ourselves that what we take for granted the most is the smallest unconditional love and it will still love you if you take it for granted.
